Application of volumetric absorptive microsampling device for quantification of tacrolimus in human blood as a model drug of high blood cell partition
Kita & Mano
The finding, in our words
Volumetric absorptive microsampling was qualified to quantify tacrolimus across a clinically relevant range with acceptable linearity, precision and extraction recovery despite haematocrit variation, but samples should be stored at -25 degrees Celsius to avoid loss of recovery at ambient or refrigerated temperatures.
