Women's perceptions and preferences toward HPV self-sampling in France: A questionnaire within the French CapU4 Trial
De Pauw et al.
The finding, in our words
In a French trial of 682 under-screened women, most found HPV self-sampling instructions clear and procedures easy, with around 80% preferring home collection over clinic visits. Urine self-sampling was better tolerated than vaginal self-sampling, suggesting it may improve participation in decentralised cervical cancer screening programmes.
