High-accuracy wearable detection of freezing of gait in Parkinson's disease based on pseudo-multimodal features

A wearable inertial sensor was used to estimate EEG features from accelerations, producing pseudo‑multimodal features that detected freezing of gait with a geometric mean sensitivity of about 91% in both subject‑dependent and cross‑subject settings. This approach could enable accurate, long‑term monitoring of freezing of gait in community settings for fall prevention.

    Association Between Neurofilament Light Chain and Real-World Ambulatory Function in Progressive MS
