Comparison of Participant and Site Perceptions of Decentralized Clinical Trials in the USA
Barge & Floody
The finding, in our words
In surveys of 141 trial-site staff and 481 individuals, participants showed greater enthusiasm for hybrid and remote decentralised trials than site staff, who worried about burden, trust and security. Participant willingness to use trial technologies decreased with rising perceived burden, underscoring that practical support is vital for adoption in decentralised diagnostics.
